AI-scouted rates are estimates. A rate is only confirmed once "Locked" by our ticketing department via WhatsApp/Email and subsequent payment confirmation. WHL is not liable for fluctuations in market rates between an inquiry and a formal booking.
Users must strictly adhere to the Prohibited Items List. Any attempt to ship dangerous goods, illegal substances, or undeclared valuables will result in immediate rejection and potential legal reporting.
Liability for lost or damaged goods is handled according to the specific carrier’s insurance policy. WHL provides facilitation and tracking but does not act as the primary insurer unless explicitly stated in writing for premium courier services.
Shippers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and regulatory documentation. WHL will assist with scoping but cannot guarantee customs clearance times.
