WHL acts as a logistics facilitator and spherical solution provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs inspections, or "Acts of God." Users are responsible for ensuring that all declared items comply with our Prohibited Items List.
Flight prices provided via our AI Scout or RapidAPI links are real-time estimates. Final rates are only locked upon successful payment and confirmation by our ticketing agents. WHL reserves the right to adjust quotes if market rates fluctuate significantly before booking.
In no event shall Wise Hive Sphere Ltd or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
